This item is a surgical mask believed to be the one that “Dr. Phlox” (John Billingsley) wears while doing an autopsy on a dead Xindi-Insectoid, it is sturdy, frosted plastic with white graphical applications across the forehead, a large clear mask in the front, and a headband mount featuring a padded area on one end and a Velcro patch on the outer edge of the other. There is evidence that the headband mount is beginning to come loose from the mask but is still securely fastened. The item measures approx. 12 X 8 X 11 inches.
